Description:
Validate the existence of a provided clustername before Reploying it. Display
error message if it doesn't exist.
NOTE: do not validate for provisioning commands for alias management as we
support discovery of pre-provisioned security artifacts.
Also, change the help descriptions for -cluster from "--cluster c" to "-cluster
clustername"
