A federation provider for integrating the use of SAML identity providers (IdPs)
within the Knox WebSSO support.
Must create picketlink configuration from topology/federation/picketlink params
that provide the details for setting up Knox as a proxying SP for other
servers. Knox will be the SAML service provider for participating UIs. This
allows the UIs themselves to remain agnostic to whether a SAML provider is
being used or simple form based login, etc.
