Documentation for integrating shibboleth (SAML provider) through the picketlink
federation provider will be required.
Templates should be added to illustrate the shibboleth and Knox topology
configuration that is needed.
The public key exchange between Knox and Shibboleth servers will need to be
documented in detail.
