A template like this
{code}
{scheme}://{host}:{port}/{path=**}?{**}
{code}
when matched with a URI like this
{code}
http://example.com/path?flag
{code}
and expanded with the same template will result a string like this
{code}
http://hortonworks.com:8888/top/mid/bot/file?flag=null&name=value
{code}
which is incorrect. The correct value should not contain =null and might look
like this
{code}
http://hortonworks.com:8888/top/mid/bot/file?flag&name=value
{code}
