We may want to consider removing the demo LDAP server from the default release
bundle and providing it as a standalone release bundle. We don't really want
to run into situations where people are running this demo LDAP server in
production. On the other hand we want to make it as easy as possible to
demonstrate Knox using a real LDAP server. Providing a very simple but
separate demo LDAP server might be better than what we currently have.
