Attached a format-patch that take a first attempt at this. Basically this now
create an additional test of artifacts when a release build is done
knox-demo-ldap. This is a standalone demo LDAP. Most of the files now in
these release artifacts have been removed from the Knox gateway release
artifact.
These are the new release artifacts.
