I have made some minor changes to the existing patch and committed it to the
0.8.0 User Guide.

I plan to change it some more at the parameter level to help with areas that
were unclear for me during testing.
I will also likely change the inclusion of the SSOCookieProvider config in some
way since it would be better to keep such config in a single place and
SSOCookieProvider is or will be configured separately. I will also provide
tutorial articles on the Knox blog/wiki for using them together.
I am going to close this JIRA now that it is committed.
