There may be some occasions where it will become necessary to rewrite cookie
names for services where they conflict. Once such case is JSESSIONID. Knox
should be able to rewrite that cookie in an inbound response from JSESSIONID to
something like HIVE-JSESSIONID. Then in a later inbound request rewrite it
from HIVE-JESSIONID to JSESSIONID.
