Moving this to Future. Pac4j is introducing some OAuth 2 functionality but this 
is generally focusing on websso and SSOCookieProvider use for REST APIs from 
javascript in the browser. We will need to focus on OAuth access token for REST 
API usage in other contexts in a later release.
