Current implementation requires that KnoxSSO participating applications
configure the URL to the knoxauth/login.html page instead of the websso API
endpoint used by any other IDP integration.
This needs to be avoided so that changes can be made to the IDP integration
without requiring configuration changes to all participating applications.
