1. Hmmm OK I'll have to look into the old ui link. The new ui is the only one
actively being improved so might not be a big deal.
2. Adding a collection requires a config set to be previously added. I've been
meaning to file a Solr Jira with that issue since the error message is highly
misleading. I can have a config set added so creating a collection should be
possible.
Thanks for looking at the example. Definitely let me know if you find anything
else. I can take a service and create a patch out of it too if that would help.
