Hi [~smore] - thank you for this fix.
While updating hadoop-minikdc to an alpha release would be frowned on normally,
this is only for tests.
Once the new minikdc lands in a new Hadoop release that isn't an alpha we
should switch to that one.
I will test these changes locally now.
