Hi Sandeep - The KIP-3 looks really good - thank you for it!
It may be worth taking a look at the work that is still outstanding and filing JIRAs so that we don't lose track of them. We should start planning for 0.11.0 in a few days hopefully and it would be good to have some of that work represented in the next release. If we tie the JIRAs into the KIP then others that would like to contribute can see how they fit into a larger picture and have some sense as to how they might be able to contribute. What do you think?
