Unfortunately, a number of the operations in this patch failed to work.
Now that we have a test framework in place for the KnoxShell classes, I would
like this patch to be resubmitted with tests to ensure that each command
actually works and continues to work going forward. Since these commands are
valuable extensions, I'd like to make sure that they have decent test coverage.
I am going to move this out to 0.13.0 so that we can get this properly tested.
