Upgrade to httpclient 4.5.3 to avoid licensing issues HTTPCLIENT-1743/LEGAL-240
We upgraded to 4.5.2 and then back level to 4.5.1 because of KNOX-904
There are some licensing issues with HttoCore 4.4, see:
"HttpCore 4.4 which is part of Apache HttpComponents is distributed along with
two licenses: ASL2 + Creative Commons 2.5
There has been recent discussion on the dev list if CC 2.5 is appropriate to be
included and whether it sets additional requirements on recipients beyond ASL2.

Make this change also brings the issue about notations.
This patch is updating some of the classes to use custom build annotations
which were using annotations from CC-BY license code.
