One thing that I would like to point out is that we need documentation for this
added to the User Guide. Within that, we will need to call out the fact that
this API doesn't support the trusted proxy pattern. The use of the
PassAllHeadersDispatch means that no user.name or doas param will be sent by
the dispatch.
Adding APIs without support for this pattern is pretty limiting and more or
less relegates the API to only use by the corresponding UI - which is what I
expect to be the case here.
Anyway, we need docs for this. Please check the other API docs in the User
Guide and follow up with another docs patch and/or JIRA.
