[~jeffreyr97] - this patch seems to have NodeManager service definition rather
than NameNode.
Is that what is actually intended here?
It seems odd to group them together unless I am missing some consolidation of
NameNode and NodeManager UI that happened.
Will we be missing the NameNode UI?
