Do you think the loggers need to be addressed along with this refactoring?
Specifically, I'm thinking about the *Messages.java classes with @Messages
annotations that have package names as the logger values.
(gateway-server/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/gateway/GatewayMessages.java is
one example.)
