Fix For: 0.14.0
We should upgrade the rest-assured dependency as we are relying on an old
version. The new version uses the "io.rest-assured" groupId instead of
"com.jayway.restassured". We don't have to exclude jackson as a result of the
update.
The update also facilitates a more natural style of "given/when/then" instead
of the older "given/expected/when". I'll fix that as part of a separate JIRA so
that the patches are not too big.
