This task is to remove the LDAP BaseDirectoryService* classes in
gateway-demo-ldap. Instead we can use DefaultDirectoryService from Apache
Directory. BaseDirectoryService* was only created to provide a way to override
showSecurityWarnings - but this method is protected in Apache Directory
2.0.0-M16 so there is no need for it any longer.
Also removed some commented out Apache Directory dependencies from the poms,
and removed apacheds-core-integ from gateway-test-release, as it's not needed.
