While this looks really promising, I am moving it out of 0.14.0 as there seem
to be few things left to work out at this point. We can address the ZK related
issues more holistically in the next release without trying to rush it in now.
Since there are no real clients publishing things into ZK yet, I think this is
pretty safe.
If you feel otherwise please feel free to pull this back in with some
justification.
