Added a *generated* element to topology files when they are dynamically created
by Knox from simple descriptors, and updated the Admin API to disallow
overwriting generated topologies.
I've confirmed that the Admin UI is not able to overwrite generated topologies,
but there is no clear indication in the UI that it was prevented.
