KNOX-1107 added a gateway service for acquiring a client for interacting with a
ZooKeeper ensemble (e.g., to lookup the list of live nodes). This can certainly
be leveraged by the ZooKeeper-based URL managers (per KNOX-1133), and may also
be of use in the SOLR context referenced in this issue.
