Attached KNOX-1043.patch, which primarily fixes WEBHDFS and NAMENODE HA
discovery. I've also reviewed and/or tested HIVE, OOZIE, and WEBHBASE HA.
I've added a ServiceURLCreator implementation for the WEBHDFS case because the
logic for handling the HA scenario is too complex for the externalized XML
configuration. The XML config is still used for all the other supported
services, and allows for the addition of support for discovering URLs for new
services.
N.B., This patch does *not* deal with any dynamic handling of provider
configuration for HA services.
