There is apparently an assumption that all service names are "globally" unique.
This seems like an onerous assumption and I don't believe was the original
intent of the service role/name pair. Ideally, the service names should not
need to be unique within a given rule. Specifically it should be ok to have
OOZIE/oozie and OOZIEUI/oozie service definitions both with the same name.
If this is not possible Knox then at a minimum the conflict should be detected
and reported as early as possible. This may only be possible during topology
deployment.
