The Authentication provider configuration wizard produces Shiro-based
configurations (e.g., LDAP) with parameters in an unusable order.
Shiro configuration property order is CRITICAL; incorrect order in many cases
effectively disables the provider. That order must be correct in configurations
produced by the provider configuration wizard UI.
