HBASE ZooKeeper ensemble information is specified in two separate properties in
hbase-site.xml; the current discovery implementation only considers the value
of the hbase.zookeeper.quorum, but needs to merge that list of host names with
the value of the hbase.zookeeper.property.clientPort property to produce the
list of ZooKeeper addresses (host:port).
