This patch (against atlantic build 1152) appears to provide all the necessary
functionality.

As an aside, it would be great if yarnuiv2 would failover like the existing
yarn UI does when the standby resource manager host endpoint is requested. This
will allow Knox the ability to support the generation of the yarnuiv2 endpoint
URL in topologies based on the yarn configuration (as it does for the existing
yarn UI today).
