On deleting a un referenced provider file (test-provider) , on UI it displays a
message saying
{noformat}
"Cannot remove test-provider because it is referenced by one or more
descriptors"
{noformat}
But on background the provider file is deleted and on refreshing the page , the
file does not exist .
