Currently, the HA provider config wizard is of limited value. While it does
generate the HaProvider with the appropriate role and name, it's up to the
admin to know what the appropriate param names and value options are.
The improved wizard would present the HaProvider params as named properties
along with a property for the service name. All of these properties would be
translated into an HaProvider param.
Multiple attempts to add an HaProvider will add multiple params to a SINGLE
HaProvider in the resulting provider configuration.
