 Incase of providing invalid Nameservice as param, then HDFSUI,Namenode and  
webhdfs service is created with invalid endpoint url

Given nameservice as "ns3" which is not available, then:

1. The "NAMENODE" service is created with endpoint url as "hdfs://ns3" which 
doesnt exist.
2. services like "HDFSUI" and "WEBHDFS" are created without any endpoint urls
