Description: AbstractGatewayDispatch needs to be cleaned up and reformatted
to better handle the dispatches. (was: There are some rewrite rules which
dispatch requests to hosts specified in the URL query parameters. This JIRA
proposes a way to configure whitelist regex that Knox dispatch can check. It
would also be good to have service roles defined that can use these whitelist
rules.)
