Larry McCay resolved KNOX-1354.

Resolution: Fixed
I've committed this to master, [~weihan] and [~mgaido] - this will be available
for the upcoming 1.1.0 release of Knox.
We will also need to documentation provided detailing what is needed to proxy
this service since it seems to be agreed upon that a setting in the service
side itself is required.
Please file a follow up Jira to track this and provide the needed details.
