I am seeing inconsistencies in what is returned when trying to determine the
hostname bases on inetAddress of the localhost in order to get a domain.
I've seen this both locally where it is returning an ip address and in the
jenkins build where it resulted in an apache.org domain for the whitelist.
While this is correct, it does not meet the expectations of the test that fails.
If during the testing of the release, we determine that we need that we can
revert this patch.
