ORC actually has multiple pages, but they contain version-specific info - fixes
and known issues.
It's good to provide release notes either on the download page or as a link to
a separate page.
Using a separate page makes the download page less cluttered and allows for
more versions on the page without becoming too big.
However ORC incorrectly uses dist.apache.org (I will raise a bug report)
