Hi [~risdenk] thanks for this patch!
LGTM - so many char encoding changes makes me a bit nervous but they may have
been sleeper bugs anyway.
I think that a description/example of what the report looks like and how and
when to add to the exclude filter might be helpful.
Here is my +1 for getting this in but do hope to see the example and
instructions as well.
