As of now, JDK 8, 9, and 10 seem to be working based on
[https://github.com/apache/knox/pull/29] and
https://travis-ci.org/risdenk/knox/jobs/436139757. I need to run tests with
"-Panalyze,package,release" but so far so good.
I think JDK 11 support will come with KNOX-1462 since the JDK 11 failures are
from the logging issues it looks like.
