Fix For: 1.2.0
The knoxshell jar is being packaged in the gateway-shell-release by the
assembly plugin before it is shaded. This means that there are no classes in
the knoxshell jar. The order of the plugins must be shade-plugin ->
assembly-plugin. This was broken by KNOX-1463
