It looks like the same pattern is used for GatewayLdapDynamicGroupFuncTest,
GatewayLdapGroupFuncTest, Knox242FuncTest, and GatewayLdapPosixGroupFuncTest. I
changed the tests to ensure they all use the GatewayTestDriver instead of
trying to work around that.
