Ok found the issue - it was me. The topology needs to have HaProvider setup
(and not commented out) With the HaProvider configured, multiple URLs work and
the YARN UI proxying works for both YARNUI and YARNUIV2. The useTwoWaySsl is a
workaround but also a different bug. I'll create a separate Jira for that.
