Seems to work out of the box if the PR's title mentions the Jira ID (see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KNOX-1758); ASF GitBot put the
appropriate link in the JIRA.
The only thing we need to do is to update the contributor documentation (see
KNOX-1763). I'm going to investigate if there is any way to enforce Knox's
naming convention (KNOX-### - Message)
