[~krisden].. The relevant trust store is not used for mutual authentication, it
is used to verify the certificate presented by the server side of the
connection initiated by Knox. This would happen whether two-way SSL was
enabled or not. I think the title I gave the section, "Service TLS/SSL
Certificate Trust"", could use some work though.
