Taking another look at this. Might just have to copy HttpServer2 from the
Hadoop project with slight modifications. This is what the Apache Solr project
did to avoid multiple Jetty versions. It would only be in the tests. Would be
able to remove this when Hadoop upgrades to Jetty 9.4.
