This PR adds a service definition for Apache NiFi Registry.
- Still working on NiFi Registry side implementation
- Sharing changes as a draft PR to get review comments early
## How was this patch tested?
- Installed Knox and NiFi Registry locally
- Applied this patch to Knox and added NIFI-REGISTRY role to sandbox topology
- Applied [NiFi Registry side
change](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFIREG-295) (WIP)
- Confirmed NiFi Registry web app can be accessed via Knox
