[~krisden] Can you review this Jira when you get time. This fixes broken RM
Home link in YARN UI V1 and V2. The existing nodelink rule is not required as
the other rules are matching for NodeManager related links.
Have done sanity testing with both YARN UI V1 and V2 and it works fine.
