Description:
Currently ConfigurableHADispatch is not wired up correctly and manually doing
so causes issues.
Items to do:
* Make sure ServiceDefinitionDeploymentContributor has a ConfigurableHADispatch
component like DefaultHaDispatch
* Wire up ConfigurableHADispatch to Ranger, Ranger UI, Hue, and CM UI once
confirm it is working
This causes a NPE without proper wiring up in
ServiceDefinitionDeploymentContributor
