   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   The following features are implemented with this PR:
   - listing existing service definitions in admin UI (using pagination since 
Knox comes with 65 service definitions OOTB)
   - end-users can remove a service definition
   - end-users can update a service definition
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
