## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Added support for WEBHCAT service discovery from CM.
## How was this patch tested?
Ran existing CM discovery tests, added
ClouderaManagerServiceDiscoveryTest#testWebHCatDiscovery(), and manually tested
CM service discovery against a cluster.
