With KNOX-2186, Knox is capable of processing a properties file which CM
generates with a list of boolean flags of enabled services.
This properties file can also be extended with the following properties:
* {{gateway.auto.discovery.address}} - the URL which Knox's service
auto-discovery feature uses to connect to
* {{gateway.auto.discovery.cluster}} - the cluster where you would like Knox
activates the auto-discovery feature
These new properties would be used when parsing a CM descriptor (see KNOX-2160)
and the related properties ({{discoveryAddress}} and {{discoveryCluster}}) are
not set.
