This change fixes HBase UI such that the HBCK Report page is accessible via Knox. ## How was this patch tested? <img width="1084" alt="Screen Shot 2020-02-04 at 6 23 52 PM" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/17375439/73805458-8ec44b80-477b-11ea-9330-3273eb3897c3.png";> Deployed KNOX-1.4.0-SNAPSHOT locally and tested HBase-2.2.4-SNAPSHOT along with it. I was able to access the HBCK Report page via UI. Have uploaded a sample image of the UI for reference.
